For those of you who are fans of platformers, rpgs and Skullgirls, you HAVE to check this out:
The game combines the general level design of a platformer (jumping over holes, climbing up walls and exploring corridors) with ATB-turn based combat if you encounter an enemy (unless they're weak, then you can just bash them with your axe. Yes you get an axe). Wrap it all up with the hand drawn art-style of Skullgirls and you have a surprisingly solid game.
They're so close to being funded, it's not even funny.
They also have an actual working demo to download, so please check it out and let's see if we can give this project that final push!
